Prix, you can get in on the fun with the *Tecate Thunder Thursday Grand Prix
Kick-Off Street Party* on Pine Avenue and at The Pike in Long Beach. This
year's free event event will feature Pit Stop Competitions, motorcycle stunts
and street performers, driver autograph sessions, and the Miss Toyota Grand
Prix of Long Beach Pageant, with a DJ providing the soundtrack to the whole
event. Race cars and other classic automobiles will also be on display. Check
out the Tecate Thunder Thursday Schedule at the Downtown Long Beach
Associates. *When:* Thursday, April 12th, 2012 6:30 - 10 pm *Where:* Pine
Avenue from 4th Street down to Shoreline Drive and Aquarium Way *Cost:* FREE
*Parking:* Two hours free with validation in the City Place structures;
$10-15 flat rate at the Pike and Convention Center garages. *Note:* street
parking is now metered until 9 pm daily in some parts of downtown. Check the
